We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. Not to sound to crude but it's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.

Best Agent I've ever worked with!
Gloria is the best agent that I have ever worked with. I interviewed several agents when I first started searching houses for purchasing. The first agent I worked with just opens the houses for us without giving any useful advice or information. So I fired him and hired Gloria instead. She is nice, patient and professional. She has her own team so that they would be more efficient. Although she is busy, I can hear from her whenever I am looking for her. My family is new to St. Louis area. She is so knowledgable about the market, area and the houses that she could always gives some wise and useful suggestions. My husband and I was very satisfied with her service. And I would like to recommend her to anyone who need a nice and professional agent.

Gloria really thinks about our needs and put our needs as her first priority. She knows St Louise area very well. After taking considerations on our work distance, traffic, house price range, life convenience, and future needs, she points which area is best fit for us, which saved us a lot of time for searching ourself. During the house hunting process, she works tirelessly and her performance amazed us. She didn’t want to just find a house for us quickly. Instead, she works hard to find our dream home. There were several days the market was out of good houses in our budget range, and during that period she went above and beyond to contact some of her old customer person for any possible good upcoming houses.
We finally found our dream house, and Gloria worked progressively, so that we had a chance to get offer accepted before open house. As this year the seller market is extremely hot, and without her help we may simply not get it.
Her whole team is professional, efficient, and diligent. We were in a rush to close our house in about 3-4weeks, but her team pushed through. At the end, we even closed the house 3 days earlier.
Overall, our experience with Gloria and her team is excellent! We are not just pleased, but amazed!

Amazing Experience!
I had an amazing experience with Gloria Lu. She and her team absolutely went above and beyond to assist me in the sold of my home. I live in Kansas. The home I sold was in St Louis, MO. I never had to travel back to St Louis to handle anything! Gloria Lu and her team handled listing my house, getting it ready to sell, negotiating the contact, home inspection, cutting the grass, dealing with city regulations in order to sell, etc. They were very nice, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. And my house had a contact pending on it within 9 days of listing it for the full asking price.
